Who is Charlie Shew?
Multi-instrumentalist, composer, and recording engineer based in Asheville North Carolina. Raised in Upstate NY and traveled to stages and recording studios around the world for many years, Charlie has now settled in Western North Carolina and continues his career of making and recording music in a myriad of styles.

Mostly performing and recording as a Drummer/Bassist/Percussionist, Charlie has branched out over the years into Guitar, Keyboards and Horns. As a performing musician, he has played and toured with Orleans (Hits include "Still The One", "Dance With Me" and "Love Takes Time") - Robbie Dupree (Hits include "Steal Away", "Hot Rod Hearts") - Mick Ronson (Guitarist and producer most famous for working with David Bowie in the Spiders From Mars period) - Samite Of Uganda (Longtime friend and bandmate on the road playing his original music).
